I had taken a little time to carefully select the right engineered wood floor for my newbuild extension. JS Woodcraft were competitive but an error on the order resulted in approx £3k's worth of the wrong flooring to be delivered. And of course the fitting was delayed. I purchased engineered oak planks from J S Woodcraft 140mm wide in their Ultra Grey finish as a replacement floor for a water damaged oak floor previously in situ. First class customer service from providing samples prior to selection to turning around my order in under two weeks. I decided to lay the floor myself and whilst I'm no professional I'm delighted with the end result. (A couple of small rookie errors that only I can see) . The floor was easy to lay and has a beautiful quality finish.
