Our team utilizes state-of-the-art CNC machinery to create precise, custom cuts for each tread and riser—whether they are kites, curves, or straight treads.
Crafted from 16/4mm or 20/6mm European Engineered Oak, our treads and risers can be finished in any colour you desire, ensuring a seamless match to your new floor.

✔ Eliminate unnecessary adjustments, ensuring a seamless installation process.
✔ While there is a small fee for this service, it significantly reduces the time and effort involved in fitting.
We can still manufacture stair parts from your templates, but they must be made to the exact size required and include any additional overhang or side returns. Templates must be made from 6mm MDF to ensure accuracy.
